Q What method of training do you believe is most effective in maximizing transfer (choose one method only)? Why? Briefly detail the other pros and cons (if any) of that method.
Training on job can be provided in several ways. On-the-job training (OJT) is among the many ways that can be selected by a firm to deliver the required knowledge and skills for the workforce. It is among the earliest training forms. On-the-job training is situated at the site of job. OJT can be regarded as teaching the required competencies, knowledge, and skills for employees in order for a specific job to be performed in an environment of work and workplace (Heathfield, 2018).
